How are you different from competitors?

We are a leading experience management software company, among the top 3% of vendors globally recognized by Gartner.  Our contextual ML gives you specific insights that can drive action to improve CX. Competitors use general basic text analytics models and surface high-level themes that require manual deep dives to get to action.

How do you justify your pricing?

We are cheaper than adding a headcount. Our solution is a replacement for a lot of manual efforts (i.e., deep dive reporting, manually tagging, etc.) that you end up hiring people to accomplish.

What is non-CX data?

Non-CX data is usually operational or transactional data passed with each piece of customer feedback. For example, a customer's location, products bought, or the customer care agent they spoke to. We also call it an attribute or metadata.

What is your term of the contract?

Our contracts are either done on a monthly-rolling basis or on annual contract terms. The prices on this page are valid for annual contract terms.
